In certain matters, we will use an online electronic Anti Money Laundering Search (AML) identity verification system to check and verify your personal proof of identity and passport documentation against various different data sources.
AML searches are also often undertaken to check and verify limited companies.
Our AML search provider is www.amlsearch.co.uk and we charge £6 per AML search including VAT and this cost is added to your invoice as a disbursement. Please see section 12 of our Terms and Conditions.
The Notary Public.London offices are located on the Strand directly opposite Charing Cross train station, close to Covent Garden and just off Trafalgar Square.
We are pleased to see you at our offices during normal working hours, Monday to Friday.
“WALK IN” NOTARY SERVICE but please call ahead of visiting.
We aim to offer a walk-in service 8:15 to 6:30pm Monday to Friday.
Availability for the walk-in service is approximately 97% – 98% of the time.
Inevitably “WALK IN” will never be 100% availability & to ensure you do not wait, we advise that you please simply call ahead of visiting.
By appointment we provide an all-London visiting Notary Public Out of Hours Weekend and Evening service.
If you require a Mobile Notary service, then we will visit you at your office or home.

Assisting private individuals or businesses who are otherwise unavailable to travel to our offices and enjoy the convenience of the notary coming to them.
Where urgency and speed for the safe & efficient return of your notarised documents are of importance, our express in-house notary courier is pleased to save you time.
We provide an in-house delivery service, throughout the entire central London area and beyond, of your notarised or legalised documents, direct to your home or office.

In order to obtain the “NEXT WORKING DAY” speed Apostille Legalisation Service, please attend our offices, anytime between 8:30am up to 11:20am.
Any papers we receive from you before 11:20am, on any working day Monday to Friday, will be ready with your Apostille Legalisation certificates, the very next working day, by 2:55pm for you to collect.
In summary:
- your deadline for submission is 11:20am and
- your collection time is from 2:55pm, the very next working day
We have a specialist long standing priority speed business account with the U.K. government’s Legalisation Office, based in Milton Keynes, which enables us to obtain Apostille Legalisation for your documents, at this priority speed.
DHL and FEDEX courier service
Please be welcome to use our DHL and FEDEX courier services.
Collections from our offices are made up to 5pm on a working day.
This means that your papers can be collected by DHL or FEDEX for dispatch overseas, in the very same day they are ready with Apostille/Legalisation.
FEDEX deliveries to the USA can be completed on the following working day your papers are ready with Apostille/Legalisation.
“URGENT Same Day Speed” Apostille Legalisation Service
A separate service for same “Urgent speed day” Apostille Legalisation is available in limited circumstances.
If your matter is extremely urgent then we will apply for Urgent same day Legalisation for you,
